DESIGNLINE

DesignLine Glass TV, Philips 2014

With DesignLine we wanted to create a puristic object and move away from the current product language used in TV design. We wanted to redefine the television with a new archetype and a strong personality, a TV without a neck, without a stand and without a visible frame. One seamless sheet of glass leaning against the wall.

Designed and developed with the global Philips/TPV Design Team

In off mode we wanted to blur the boundaries of the screen to blend seamlessly into any domestic interior. The use of gradient glass gives the TV a unique identity.
